Refund and Cancellation Policy

 We understand that plans can change, and our cancellation policy aims to offer flexibility while maintaining the operational viability of our programs.

Deposit and Payment Policy

  • Non-Refundable Deposit

    A retainer of $250 is collected at signup and is considered 100% non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your event, your retainer can be used for another event scheduled 1 year from the date the retainer was paid. If the retainer is not used within 1 year, you forfeit the retainer.

  • Payment Schedule

    The remaining balance will be invoiced in equal monthly payments and will be paid in full 30 days before the trip begins.


REFUND AND CREDIT POLICY

  • Refunds

    Refunds may be issued in the form of a credit for the remaining balance of a trip if requested within 30 days of the embarkment date.

  • Credit Redemption

    Credits can be redeemed within 365 days of being issued.

  • Credit Eligibility

    Credits may only be applied towards the cost of a future trip.

  • Credit Restrictions

    Credits can only be used for future trips.

Replacement Trip Policy

In the event of the following occurrences, Next Phase Learning will refund all monies paid:

  • Legal or Regulatory Issues

    Changes in laws or regulations that impact the ability to conduct the trip as planned.

  • Force Majeure

    Events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, or other emergencies.

  • Venue or Facility Unavailability

    The scheduled venue or facility becomes unavailable or unsuitable.

  • Operational Issues

    Unforeseen logistical or operational challenges that cannot be resolved in time.

  • Travel Restrictions

    Government-imposed travel restrictions affecting the destination.

  • Insufficient Enrollment

    The trip does not meet the minimum participant requirements.

Participant Options for Replacement Trips

  • Attendance

    Participants who wish to attend the replacement trip will be accommodated.

  • Refunds

    Participants who do not wish to attend a replacement trip may request a refund, which will be issued in the form of the original payment to the original payee.

Credit Usage and Reissuance

  • Original Form of Payment

    If a credit is redeemed as payment towards a trip, it is considered the original form of payment in all scenarios.

  • Usage

    Credits may be reissued at the discretion of Next Phase Learning.

  • Exclusions

    Issued credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
